Homemakers Guild Community Guidelines
Welcome to the Homemakers Guild! Thank you for joining our vibrant community of adults 18 and older, where we connect over the joys and challenges of homemaking, caregiving, and creating a warm home. Based in the USA, our Guild focuses on the rich, diverse experiences of American life—from caregiving tips to kitchen hacks. That said, we’re a stew-pot of cultures and warmly welcome members from around the globe to share their traditions, like a treasured recipe for handmade tortillas or a unique caregiving practice. While our content and resources primarily reflect U.S. contexts, we love learning from your perspectives to enrich our community!
We do things a little differently here: your posts, opinions, photos, and videos belong to you, as do your stories of care and resilience. There are no advertisements, but you might spot affiliate banners for products we truly adore (carefully picked, we promise!). While you’re here, please uplift and encourage one another, even if we disagree on a recipe or routine. Share facts to make a point, but a heartfelt caregiving tip or a trusty cookie recipe is always better. Let’s focus on what unites us, mind our manners, and chat as if we’re sharing a hot cuppa with a friend.
Here are a few suggestions:
Our private forum is just that—private. Please don’t share Guild discussions elsewhere.
The awkward bit: Repeated infractions may lead to a warning, account review, or, in rare cases, suspension or removal. Let’s keep it kind so we don’t have to moderate!
P.S. These guidelines may evolve. We’ll notify you via email or forum post if changes happen.
Thank you for making the Homemakers Guild a nurturing, inspiring place!
Warmly,
The Homemakers Guild Team
